Overall, my experience at Carter Estate was mixed. The location in Temecula wine country is truly beautiful, and the private patios offered a lovely view of the vineyards. However, our stay was somewhat marred by cleanliness issues in our room and a troubling bug situation. While the staff was incredibly attentive and managed our issues well, I left feeling uneasy about the accommodations.
